Through Windows Between Eras

Concept : ย่านบางลำพูเคยเป็นที่อยู่อาศัยของขุนนางและข้าราชการตั้งแต่ต้นกรุงรัตนโกสินทร์ รูปแบบสถาปัตยกรรมมีการทับถมเปลี่ยนไปตามกาลเวลา จากการรับอิทธิพลในหลายยุคสมัย จากเรือนไม้ไปสู่ตำหนักก่ออิฐถือปูน จากเรือนหมู่สู่ตำหนักหลังเดียวหน้าต่างเป็นองค์ประกอบหนึ่งที่เห็นการเปลี่ยนแปลงภายนอกของบ้านอย่างชัดเจน เสมือนเป็นสิ่งบันทึกประวัติศาสตร์และร่องรอยของกาลเวลา จึงถูกหยิบยกมาใช้ในการสร้างสรรค์ผลงาน ซึ่งมีทั้งที่เลือนหายไปตามเวลาและยังเหลือให้เห็นในระแวกย่านนี้ ด้วยการพิมพ์เทคนิค Risograph ซึ่งเป็นการพิมพ์ทีละสี ทีละชั้น ช่วยย้ำแนวคิดการซ้อนทับของประวัติศาสตร์ดังกล่าว
Banglamphu has been a residential area for nobles and government officials since the early Rattanakosin period. Its architectural forms have continuously transformed through layered influences from different eras, from wooden dwellings to masonry residences, from clustered houses to a single dwelling.Windows are architectural elements that most clearly reveal these outward changes. They act as witnesses to transformation—recording traces of the past, some now vanished and some still visible within the neighborhood. These layered architectural forms are translated through Risograph printing, a process of printing color by color, layer by layer, reinforcing the idea of architectural overlap.
